Hello

Hello, I am C.A. Michaels, (Cynthia Michaels) I'm an author and designer. I created Digital Reverence L.L.C. to host my Author and Design life under one roof. This idea came to me late 2021. I've been an author since 2010. I've been a designer since 1999. I went to college to get my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. It was fun, made some friends. I love designing. That came first.

But I was always a writer since I was six years old. Making up stories about space. My first love of writing came when I read the medusa Plague from the Dungeons & Dragons series. Written by Mary Kirschoff. I stopped reading and writing for a while to focus on my design skills. In 2010 i began taking writing seriously again. I love creating my characters in Daz3d.

My Story

My story with this new adventure has been an up and down one. Spanning over a decade, I've created many cool works of art and stories. I went through many business names. My first name was Mystic-Ice Designs back in early 2010. I wanted to house my writing and design in one place. That business was focused on design. In 2016, I created Sevenia Studios. this venture was solely focused on design and crafting hand-made jewelry. I gave up for a few years until I found my new favorite author, Marie Force. Plus, my friends said I should try writing romance. Well, I read Marie's Fatal series and fell in love. I said I can do this. And I got to designing and writing again.

I have 12 self-published books on Amazon and Barnes & and Noble. I rewrote 7 of them and created 5 new stories. i just finished my thirteenth novel in my newest Awakening series. It's a romance-suspense novel and part of a crossover with Team Lead Designer, Amay Green. the crossover is called, The Crimson Empire Crossover.

My design skills span from 1999 till now. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree thrown in there. Design is my first passion. Writing is second. I always create my characters in Daz3d to bring to life. It's one of my favorite things to do. I love working on new projects and facing new challenges.

I live in Sterling Heights, MI with fabulous husband and my cat, Skunky Luke. I'm a rck n roller through and through but I love to give my characters different tastes in music. I used to sing karaoke with my hubby, it's been a minute, but I miss it. I'll chill on the couch, have a beer and watch whatever.
